It offers two bedrooms — one designed for effortless access — and two bathrooms, one of them accessible as well. THE OWL

This two-story house is wrapped in lilac bushes, with a terrace overlooking the Vytachiv valley and a balcony for sun-drenched breakfasts above the river.
Peaceful yet a little mysterious, it welcomes both quiet mornings and starry nights. A telescope, books on owls and lunar myths, and a curated vinyl collection await curious minds.
Perfect for two, with a sofa bed and a bunk under the stairs for up to three additional guests.
THE BIRD’S SPA
At the heart of The Bird’s Estate lies The Bird’s SPA — a hidden sanctuary just a 3-minute walk through the bushes. A Finnish sauna with a wood-burning oven welcomes up to eight guests, while the terrace offers a hot chan and a cold plunge with sweeping Dnieper River views.
Here, surrounded by the wild beauty of Vytachiv, you can choose your own rhythm: fire up the sauna and chan in solitude, or let our team tend the flames. The Bird’s SPA is not just wellness — it’s a ritual of heat, water, and river air in harmony with nature.

The story of The Bird’s Estate began 2020, with a single cottage on the banks of the Dnipro — The Riverbird’s Nest.
Conceived by Swiss filmmaker and Ukrainian-by-choice Marc Wilkins and his wife Olga Sidorina-Wilkins, it was created as both a quiet retreat and an invitation to experience Ukraine’s vast beauty.
From this beginning grew a larger vision: a constellation of houses, each inspired by a bird and its element — night, wind, sun, and song. Built with eco-technologies rooted in Ukrainian heritage — straw for insulation, clay for breathing walls, and wood for structure — the houses embody resilience and respect for the land.
The estate keeps things wild: no fences, no floodlights, only pathways that blend into meadows and orchards, reminding us that we are guests in nature, not its owners. From this philosophy, The Bird’s Estate was born — a landscape of cottages and a spa, dedicated to explorers of the river, the sky, and themselves.
